One of the ways in which the wireless carriers improve the
coverage is by installing additional wireless equipment in
different geographical areas. The whole process is called Site Acquisition.
As a Vendor, our organization helped in the following site
acquisition services:

Scout locations and collect information for carriers.

Convert information from sites into representable data.

Securing the location for the site after approval from carriers.

Working with different agencies to construct sites.

Interwork with different vendors for equipment installation.

Vision
The older system used by the technicians was very time intensive and
sometimes wrought with errors. Our objective with the new application was to:

Reduce the time and errors in task completion.

Design a system that goes further and improves the orthodox process of site acquisition.

Add UI to upload documents, pictures, and videos.

Make the data collection process better, faster and cost-effective.
