GN ReSound provides excellent sound by offering innovative hearing solutions that combine original thinking and design with solid technology - all based on deep audiological insight and understanding of hearing aid users.
Anyone with tinnitus can benefit from the Tinnitus Coach
application as it offers a combination of sound therapies
and relaxing exercises that aim to distract you from
focusing on your tinnitus.
Vision
The client was not willing to experiment or change their design drastically. They wanted easy and simple fixes to improve the UI by putting least amount of effort possible.

Accomplishments
Keeping the constraints in mind, I worked on creating standard iOS iPhone UI. I produced the following high fidelity wireframes to make the UI simple, easy to interact, reduce the number of clicks, show only what is required and followed consistent patterns for easy adaptation.

With a thought to change the way one would envision a hearing aid application and be particularly experimental, I tried to explore a youthful looking interesting visual design for the tinnitus application. I made use of sound graphics/elements to create iconography, controls, call to actions and navigation functions to make the interface look visually enticing and thoughtfully crafted.

The next approach was to create an elegant design with pleasant visuals. I made the controls bigger for the user to use the application while on the go and added clear pictograms to make the design appealing and instantly understandable. I also explored a monotone which would make the UI feel much easier on the eyes. The goal was to make the application look wonderfully minimal and turn a mundane task into something more fun filled.
